I use this emoji A LOT when I talk to guys who I think are players. I always use it at the end of my texts of responses I know they won't like. For example, they'll flirt with me or say something nasty and I'll give a quick sarcastic remark with ? at the end. I use it kinda like a mocking emoji.
Although, it's important to remember everyone has their own interpenetration of this emoji.
